In partnership with Nairobi Jaffery, the New Hera Elite Football Program introduces a Spanish-style training methodology led by Cruyff-certified coaches and supported by New Hera’s technical direction and former Harambee Stars captain, Mr James Situma, as mentor.
The program provides a competitive match structure every Saturday, creating a league environment that allows players to apply what they learn in real game scenarios, a key element in long-term player growth.
Through New Hera’s external collaboration with partners such as FTBLR (USA), Cruyff Football or Kaptiva, participants gain global exposure to scouts, universities, and clubs, and benefit from top-quality football equipment, among others. New Hera has already been part of Aldrine Kibet’s transfer to Celta de Vigo (Spain) and continues to expand its trusted network of clubs and agents, building genuine career pathways for African talent.
We also understand that few will make it to the professional elite, which is why our mission goes further: to shape resilient, responsible, and creative human beings who can positively impact their communities and the world.
Beyond the pitch, New Hera offers internship opportunities within its international structure, opening professional doors in coaching, management, media, and event organization for players completing their studies.
