New Hera Interconnection, in collaboration with FC Andorra International, is proud to announce the organization of a high-performance international football camp to be held at Don Bosco, Karen, from August 3rd to August 8th, 2026.
This initiative represents a unique opportunity to connect young African talent with professional football structures and international development pathways in Europe.
A Project Focused on Development and Opportunity
FC Andorra, a professional club based in the Pyrenees between France and Spain, continues to build a strong sporting identity focused on technical excellence and long-term development.
As part of this ecosystem, the club maintains a strategic collaboration with Club Gimnàstic Manresa, one of Spain’s most respected youth academies, which plays a key role in the development of young talent and international players.
High-Performance Training Structure
The camp is designed to replicate the daily environment of a professional academy player:
Morning Session (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM):
Focused on technical development, tactical understanding and team dynamics for all participants.
Elite Afternoon Session (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM):
Reserved for selected players (U14–U19), with a focus on positional training, high-intensity decision-making and personalized coaching.
Opportunities and Player Development Pathways
Participants will benefit from a structured development experience, including:
- Individual player evaluation reports
- Official FC Andorra kit
- Access to future international programs
- Opportunities to enter combined football and education pathways in Europe
Top-performing players will be invited to participate in a one-week fully covered experience in Spain, training within the FC Andorra international structure and at the facilities of Gimnàstic Manresa.
